  • ● Wash down the floor, carpet, edges, mirrors, doors, handles and windows from inside and spot cleaning on the walls
  • ● Vacuuming on the floor and steam cleaning on the carpet
  • Window cleaning
  • ● Light fittings and dusting throughout the property
  • Floor stripping and sealing
  • ● Blinds, balcony, outside windows, garage, excessive wall marks/wall washing and backyard cleaning will cost an extra

Bathroom & Laundry:

  • ● Clean the tiles, shower screen, basin, toilet, cabinet and exhaust fan
  • ● Laundry splashback, taps, faucets and floor cleaning
  • ● Clean mirrors, light fittings and floor
  • ● Remove any mold on the ceiling at an extra cost

Kitchen:

  • ● All cabinets, cupboards, oven, rangehood, cooktop, dishwasher and exhaust fan
  • ● Vacuum and mop the floor with good smell and remove any cobwebs
  • ● Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
  • ● Kitchen ceiling and Appliances other than oven will be an additional cost



Living/ Common Areas (3hr)

Floors are swept and vacuumed/ mopped 30min
All lights are working and free of dust 15min
Doorknobs and light switches are clean 30min
Windows, window sills, and window tracks are cleaned and dusted 30min
No evidence of paint drops on the floors or scuff marks on the walls 30min
Trash removed 15min
Doors and doorframes cleaned 30min

Bathroom (2.5hr)

Sink, tub, shower are clean and sanitized 30min
Toilet is sanitized 15min
Mirrors, cabinets and counters are wiped down 30min
Floors are swept and vacuumed/mopped 15min
Inside cabinets and drawers are cleaned 15min
Windows, Baseboards, light fixtures, doorknobs and doorframes are cleaned 30min
Trash is removed 15min

Kitchens (3hrs)

Dust all shelves and counters 15min
Clean inside appliances 15min
Make sure all cabinet hardware is clean and secure 30min
Sweep and vacuum mop floors 15min
Clean windows, window ails and window tracks 30min

We charge hourly rate of $50. Any extra works such as paint, silica and grout and excessive dirty windows and tracks will be charged accordingly. Full initial and final clean of the construction site can given within these hours or else we can carry out the projects on packages basis according to m2 of the land and size and number of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen as well.
