Bathroom & Laundry:
We specialize in construction cleaning, and can provide fast quality pre hand over cleaning for any size construction project, and regularly work on projects ranging from multi story units to single houses. We have a full safety system in place including a safety plan, SWMS and MSDS’s , all staff hold a white card, Asbestos Awareness card and are directly employed, we do not subcontract any work. We are familiar with the requirements and demands of construction cleaning and are able to provide a fast, efficient and above all safe cleaning service to allow you to hand your project over on time. your spare time to do what you want to do
Living/ Common Areas (3hr)

| Sink, tub, shower are clean and sanitized | 30min |

| Inside cabinets and drawers are cleaned | 15min |
| Windows, Baseboards, light fixtures, doorknobs and doorframes are cleaned | 30min |

Outdoor Spaces/ Landscaping (2hr)

We charge hourly rate of $50. Any extra works such as paint, silica and grout and excessive dirty windows and tracks will be charged accordingly. Full initial and final clean of the construction site can given within these hours or else we can carry out the projects on packages basis according to m2 of the land and size and number of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen as well.
